Book Readings & Mindfulness Curriculum

One of our favorite aspects of creating this children’s book is reading it in front of an audience and sharing our story with schools, libraries, and children’s programs. We love presenting The Mindful Cat for storytime and as an introductory tool for mindfulness. We are available for 30-min book reading and mindfulness presentations for ages 2 and up!

Our presentations are divided by age group: 2-5 years old, 6-9 years old, and 10 years old+
